Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Group) (DSIC), was established on December 31, 1983.

DSIC belongs to China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC). Authorized by CSIC, DSIC is practising the function management of CSIC’s following affiliated enterprises in Dalian region.

In the meantime, in order to serve the shipping industry, DSIC developed the headquarter economy strongly by forming a multi-industrial entity including industrial production, foreign and domestic trade, real estate development, hotel and restaurant, shipbuilding and labor service, technical development etc. Currently, DSIC is able to undertake design, manufacture and repair for both domestic and foreign civil vessels, marine engineering, equipment, as well as non-ship product.
